Tricks to book Confirm Tatkal ticket from IRCTC

1.Make sure you have this app(CLIPDIARY) installed on your laptop or desktop.

                                           Download here

It's a trial version for 30 days so just try your trial period.
Copy your debit card information anywhere and it will be copied in clipdiary and by pressing ctrl+d, you can easy paste at the payment page of irctc.

2.Open chrome browser or any other browser and minimize it. Press ctrl + shift + Esc to open task manager.
I am showing here an example for chrome browser, you can use any other browser but i personally feel chrome browser is best.

   Go under details section and look for Chrome.exe.

   Right click on chrome.exe 

   Select Set Priority and select Realtime.

3.Search on google tatkal now. Add tatkal now extension to your browser.

I prefer tatkal now only for time synchronization with irctc time clock.

4.Open Magic Autofill for tatkal by clicking here.

   Fill the reservation form accordingly, list of adults passenger list, child passenger list, Boarding station code, Mobile number.Dont forget to select "yes I want travel insurance". 

Check these details again and click on I am feeling lucky at the bottom. 

Now, on the next page click on Magic Autofill and drag this to your bookmark.

NOW THE FUN PART BEGINS

Make sure you have a good internet connection and have 2 or 3 accounts on IRCTC.

You can't rely on just one account o get a confirm ticket on IRCTC

Having a good internet connection is a must, Don't rely on mobile data like jio, reliance.

Airtel 4G or Vodafone 4G can do to some extent but if you can get a hand on any broadband connection go for it.

Don't book your ticket from any public places like college libraries or cafe. Because at the same time many people would be booking from the same Network Id.

If you have any friend or relative abroad request them to book a ticket for you. It increases the ticket booking chances by 50-60%

Login to every account on IRCTC 10 minutes before and keep an eye on the timing which can be seen at top of your screen.It will be appearing in bold and will  constantly be updating  (Refer image to see).

Now enter your SOURCE STATION and DESTINATION.
Choose date appropriately
Tatkal booking open one day before the train leave its source destination.
for example, if you have to book a train on 24th Feb then tatkal window opens on 23rd Feb at 10 A.M. c for 3AC / 2AC/1AC and 11 A.M. for Sleeper coaches.
ATTENTION : If you want to book a train on 24th Feb but the train leaves its destination on 23rd Feb but reaches your boarding station on 24th Feb then the train tatkal tickets will be booked on 22nd Feb.
Make your session active by doing various activities on irctc.
Now don't click to book tatkal as soon as the clock tick 11:00 (FOR SLEEPER ) 10:00 (FOR AC).
Wait for 3-4 seconds i.e. till the time reaches 10:03- 10:04. Check tatkal and click on SL option available.
Now the page appears where you have to enter the details the list of the passenger .
Simply click on "Magic Autofill" from bookmark tab.
Now rush to enter CAPTCHA correctly. Make sure you enter captcha correctly in the first attempt.
Now you will be redirected to PAYMENT PAGE.
Select "NET BANKING " or "DEBIT CARD" and then press ctrl +d and "CLIPDIARY "appears, Click on the details asked there and it will be automatically copied there which will not only save time but reduces chances of error.
Confirm your payment and Enjoy your Journey.

## SOME ADDITIONAL TIPS:
##  Make sure you don't login to different IDs of IRCTC from same laptop or desktop otherwise you will be logged out.
## Always book a ticket from the train Origin Station, it increases the chances to get confirm ticket because it has PQWL Quota.
